WHY DO WE NEED TO VERIFY YOUAnyone who wishes to sell books through any of our global distribution Partners such as Walmart, Barnes & Noble, Amazon, Target and thousands of brick-and-mortar stores and online Retailers, must be verified. The verification process ensures your book sales are sent to the correct Author. We must verify your identity because all royalty income paid to you is reported to the IRS on our business taxes. To complete verification, simply complete and send a W9 FORM and provide a copy of any of the following items to validate your identity: STATE ISSUED DRIVERS LICENSE, ID or PASSPORT. eMail items to verification@fycore.com. You also must have a U.S. Bank account that accepts Zelle, where all book sales can be auto deposited into. STANDARD PRACTICEPerhaps you've discovered how difficult it can be to locate a Publisher willing to collaborate with you. Sadly, the Industry has been plagued with law suits regarding Intellectual Property Rights and numerous frivolous claims. Even a simple phone conversation regarding a book has the potential to escalate into a complicated and expensive legal matter. For this reason, publishers will take all precautions whenever engaging with Authors and typically do not engage with Authors until they have been verified. Then, there are individuals who simply want to ask numerous questions without any genuine intentions to publish. For these and other legal reasons, we do not accept phone calls, manuscript submissions or emails from anyone who has not yet been verified. Any communication that we receive from unverified persons shall be deemed, unsolicited communication that will be discarded and we do not reply to such.

MORE SALES OPPORTUNITIESAfter Author's book is published, they'll have an opportunity to purchase books directly from our marketing department for wholesale prices. Additional to global distribution, Author's also have the option to sell books on their website and social media. Various wholesale options are available to our Author's, with the lowest starting at $3.75 per book. When placing a wholesale order, there is no set quantity of books required purchase. This means, an Author can order 1 or 100,000 books. Our publishing contracts are typically one page and transparent. FAQfrequently asked questions with policy answers
[Q] HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY FIRST ROYALTY CHECK?[ POLICY ]- 90 days is the soonest newly published Authors can expect to receive their first royalty check. This is due to the time we must wait before we are able to collect royalties earned from book sales and the 30 day refund policy most US stores have in place on books purchased at their establishment.
[Q] WHAT IS A THRESHOLD AND WHY IS THERE A $100 THRESHOLD?[POLICY] A threshold is the minimum amount earned in sales before royalty payments can be paid out. Since 07/01/2010, the minimum threshold is set at $100. Thresholds are necessary to prevent Publishers from incurring the added expense incurred to remit payments for less than $100. After book sales earn the minimum threshold, we send all royalties due per payout schedule. If you have not earned the minimum threshold amount, we hold all amounts earned until the minimum threshold is reached and or we will auto payout what ever amounts are owed at the end of the calender year.
[Q] CAN I CONTACT YOUR COMPANY AND SPEAK WITH SOMEONE DIRECTLY?[A] YES - however our company is tailored to cater primarily to our clients. If you have any questions, they typically will only be answered after you have submitted a completed form and we know who it is we are speaking to. We then will arrange to communicate with you by phone, zoom, or email.
[Q] WILL YOU INVEST IN ANY TYPE OF BOOK?[A] While we and our Investors do our best to consider publishing and investments in various books, we reserve the right to reject any book for any reason, to include books we deem unsuitable, inappropriate, explicit, or vulgar.
[Q] CAN MY BOOK BE MANUFACTURED IN MULTIPLE FORMATS?[A] Yes, we have several different options you may select during the Intake process.
[Q] CAN I PAY WITH A PERSONAL CHECK?[A] NO. Any charges or fees due must be paid via Zelle. Due to increased credit card fees, we will only consider taking a credit card if you pre-arrange such in advance with us, and sign a credit card charge agreement that expressly allows 5% additional charge on the amount we process.
[Q] WILL YOU OBTAIN ADDITIONAL DISTRIBUTION LOCATIONS IN THE FUTURE?[A] Yes we will. As we obtain additional stores, any and all published books will automatically be added to the additional distribution venues that we obtain at no charge. Unlike some Publishers who limit location of where they will publish your book, we will publish and distribute your book virtually everywhere books are sold.
[Q] ARE THERE ANY OTHER FEES I MUST PAY AFTER MY BOOK IS PUBLISHED?[A] Nothing is hidden. After your book is published, you will be required to pay $150 a year per ISBN to renew all assigned ISBN numbers in distribution. This allows your titles to remain available for sale in all stores or online throughout the entire world.

If you wish to be paid money from your book sales you will be required to complete a W9 form that we will send you. We cannot pay out any money to you without this. If you are visiting our Website from outside the United States and provide us with personal information, please note that your personal information will be transferred, stored and processed within the United States. Additionally, we may transfer your personal information to other countries, for example because a server or third party service provider is located there. The data protection and privacy laws of other countries, including the United States, may not afford you the same level of protection as those in your own country. We will take appropriate steps to protect your information. By doing business or interacting with us, you are consenting to the transfer, storage, and processing of your personal information to and within facilities located in the United States and other facility locations selected by us.
2. WE DO NOT ACCEPT UNSOLICITED MATERIAL.
Our services we offer are catered to Authors, new clients and all those who we do business with us that have been verified. To get verified click “GET STARTED” As a general practice, any material submitted to us by email that is not invited to send to us will be treated as “UNSOLICITED.” For legal reasons we delete and or discard all Unsolicited communication. Unsolicited communication is defined to mean “you do not have permission to send us your book or manuscript, make pitches regarding outlines, scripts, treatments, offer for sale any material by phone, mail or email.” Because many Authors around the world have similar ideas and or may be in the process of publishing similar to ideas, we must enforce our policy regarding "unsolicited material." Our policy helps to protect us and Author submissions against plagiarism and copyright infringement. For the few who seek to make malicious claims of ownership on published books in an effort to capitalize on Companies who do not have strong policies in place to help prevent frivolous claims, we have a non negotiation policy for any claims our legal team finds to be frivolous in nature. All reputable Publishing Companies will have this same sort of policy or practice in place. Anyone who chooses to disregard our policy regarding sending UNSOLICITED material to us, acknowledge understand and agree we have no obligation to them whatsoever and such person waives their rights to make any claims against whatsoever.
3. WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Protecting your privacy and personal information is our priority. We will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties, however because we do own and operate other businesses, we may share and use your personal information with the other entities that we own and operate within our enterprise. In addition, we may continue to do so even after such business or operations are sold. We may provide Law enforcement or Government officials as may be required by law, the release of your personal information when requested by subpoena or if we determine, in our judgment, that it is necessary to (a) comply with the law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request; (b) enforce or apply the terms of any of our policies or user agreements; or (c) protect the rights, property or safety of our Associates, businesses, employees, our customers, users, or others.
4. WHAT OTHER COMPANY POLICY SHOULD YOU BE AWARE OF REGARDING MINORS?
Our services are directed towards adults or if Authors are under 18 with the consent of their parent or guardian. Individuals under the age of 18 are deemed "Minors" and are not permitted to do business with us, without the written consent of a parent or legal guardian. This does not apply in states where 17 is considered an adult. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from minors nor will we knowingly allow minors to do business with us without their parent or legal guardian. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your minor child has conducted business with us without your consent please contact (800)576-4748 and after we verify your concerns and that you are the parent or legal guardian, upon your request, we will promptly cease further business. We are committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding doing business with minors including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998.

QSBP provides a flat discounted rate of $8995 for those who qualify or meet our conditions for special pricing. QSBP is meant to assist those who normally could not afford professional book services. QSBP allows the QSBP Author the same ability to earn income as best selling Authors. QSBC books are provided the same top notch service we provide to our premier clients. QSBP books are distributed and made available for sale at up to 42,000 of our retail partners around the world, in over 192 Countries. This may include Big Retail Chains, Independent Bookstores, Online Stores, eBook Retailers, Universities, Libraries, Library of Congress, Schools, and or more. QSBP books may additionally come with a website for direct book sales. Authors may order copies of their published book at wholesale rates starting at $3.75. QSBP Authors must be verified. QSBP Authors will receive 3 free copies of their published book. QSBP Authors pay thresholds are $100. Any changes or special request made outside of what qualifies under QSBP will incur additional charges. QSBP books do not include any other promotional offers. We reserve the right to reject any QSBP request at our discretion. Should Author earn $150,000 from any QSBP book within the first 12 months after published, Publisher is entitled to collet $40,000 from book sales for their efforts and expense.
ANY OF THE FOLLOWING QUALIFIES FOR QSBP REQUIREMENTS
LIMITATIONS OF QSBP QSBP contracts receive a flat 35% from all book profits, minus distribution and manufacturing cost. QSBP are manufactured in Soft-cover format. Publisher determines all final Coverart, Layout, website design. Author pays $150 a year YDF fee.

STEP 2If you're looking for an investor to cover some or all of your book publishing costs, let us know the % you are willing to share with Investors when your book sells for their investment. This step takes approximately 2-3 minutes to complete.
STEP 3Here is where you provide details that help shape your book. While our team is more than capable of handling everything, we allow authors the oppertunity to help with some processes particularly if they already completed some of the task. This step takes approximately 2-3 minutes to complete.
STEP 4All royalty payments above $600 are reported to the IRS on business taxes. We are required to confirm the identity of all persons who we do business with. All book sales from digital or physical books generate and earn royalties that auto deposit to Authors designated US Bank account via Zelle. To complete verification, send a copy of a completed W-9 form, along with a copy of a STATE ISSUED DRIVERS LICENSE | ID CARD | PASSPORT | PASSPORT CARD or BIRTH CERTIFICATE that is used to verify and properly report earnings. If you're uncertain or not ready to complete the verification process, we will be unable to assist you and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. This step takes approximately 3-5 minutes to complete.
